STRUCTURE AND HARDWARE
  • ST44 Steel Structure 
  • Metallic frames with rectangular profile, anchored to the ground by two anchoring plates with two 18mm holes and reinforced by anti-vibration gussets on every plate and tube joints.
  • Side and top fences with welded mesh.
  • Finishing plates fairing in corners.
  • Rings for net support on both sides.
  • Tensor with gear to collect the steel wire.
  • Screws:
    • Metal anchor bolts to concrete, 16 mm thick, 120 mm length, with maximum traction load of 1.000 Kg each anchor.
    • Structure assembled with security self-locking screws and nuts (zinc plated or stainless).
PAINT
  • Powder Coat Paint: maximize resistance to abrasion and rusting.
  • Galvanized electric welded mesh.

  • We offer different possibilities of floodlights and poles.

  • Installation of poles independent of the structure as a security measure, following the recommendation of the Spanish National Sports Council
  • 4/8 pcs 150/200 W Led floodlights, watertight and with shatterproof glass
ARTIFICIAL TURF
  • Different types adapted to different needs: 
    • Fibrillated: composed of fibres bonded together. Ball bounce with greater consistency by keeping the filling more stable, but may wear out faster if not properly maintained.
    • Monofilament: composed of individual filaments. Has greater durability, but needs to redistribute sand more frequently for better ball bounce.
    • Texturized Monofilament: use of individual fibres but have gone through a texturising process, twisting the fibres. Faster play and more regular bounce as with fibrillated, but with greater durability as it is monofilament. It needs less sand.
  • Different colours:
    • Fibrillated: green and blue
    • Monofilament: green, blue, red brick, fuchsia and black

SINGLE PADEL COURT

Our padel court for individual play.

The XTR Single padel court is perfect for clubs that want to make the most of their space. Because of their smaller dimensions and the fact that they are suitable for 1-on-1, they can be installed in smaller spaces and used for private lessons without blocking the double courts.
