STRUCTURE & HARDWARE

A42b Steel Structure
- Metallic frames with rectangular profile, assembled on steel structure of 80×80 and 80×40 tubes anchored to the ground by anchoring plates with 18mm holes and reinforced by anti-vibration gussets on every plate and tube joints.
Screws:
- Metal anchor bolts to concrete, 16 mm thick, 120 mm length, with maximum traction load of 1.000 Kg each anchor. Structure assembled with security self-locking screws and nuts.
Dimensions:
- Variable dimensions: great adaptability to different areas. Measures: 24 x 12 / 28 x 14 / 30 x 20 m

PAINT

Powder Coat Paint: maximize resistance to abrasion and rusting
Anti-corrosion zinc treatment with 95% Zinc Wash Primer.
Electrostatically applied, baked polyester powder coating.
Colour Palette available RAL.

SAFETY NET

Safety Net
Ball stop netting all around your football pitch, we offer different height possibilities depending on clients needs, standard is 5 m high behind goals and 4 m high along the sides (total height from the ground, including steel fencing)
Assembled on steel structure and steel wire system for maximum resistance.

LIGHTING: LED

Lighting (optional)
4 pole units, 6 m high, for support and attachment of floodlights and wire, tube with T-shape end.
Floodlights options:
- 4/8 Led or Induction floodlights (low power consumption), watertight and with shatterproof glass.

ARTIFICIAL TURF

Synthetic Grass Football Field Surfacing
Artificial turf specially designed for football including field markings, several fiber height options: 25, 30, 35 and SBR Rubber and Silica Sand infill.
Different types adapted to different needs: Fibrillated / Monofilament.

FENCING

Different possibilities of enclosure or perimeter fencing of the field:
- 8 mm Polycarbonate Rebound Fencing: perimeter fence with rebound boards made of clear polycarbonate (transparent, strong and stiff thermoplastic), 8 mm thick, with outstanding impact resistance.
